1-2-1 Sessions

A lot of times one spouse feels like they are not being heard. This gives you a chance to speak openly. This is normally a precursor to couples sessions. This is a 45 min session.

An hour long session which can be rebooked on a rolling basis. Couple's sessions allows for open and honest conversations allowing for real change to happen.

Multiple Session Plans

The plans includes multiple session discounts for 1-2-1's and couples or a mixture of the two. To help understand, mediate and resolve any situations regular visits are advised.
